Both my girls have been coughing for a month. Despite all the medications the GP and Peditrician have been bombarding them, the coughs still persists. Finally, our Peditrician said "Into the hospital!"
Well, that was yesterday. The X-Ray's indicated that Suzanne has initial stages of pneumonia, and that was a surprise to Mrs B and I. We thought it was baby Sue Anne that was more serious, if you heard her coughing, but the Ped gave baby Sue Anne's lungs the thumbs up. Right now, they are both on six hourly nebulizer treatment and is expected to be warded for at least 3 nights, sigh.... Mrs B has taken emergency leave and is staying with them at the hospital. How can I not love this woman of mine? heh!
One plus point is that their room is just next to the children playroom. Last night I hijacked the one and only kiddy car and pushed Sue Anne and Suzanne around the ward. Sue Anne seems to have a love for speed like her daddy, and yes, I pushed her pretty fast, kakaka!
Well, here's hoping they don't have to stay longer than 3 nights. The house is so quiet without Mrs B and the kids.
